- Learn about your goals and past experience (or none at all)
- Walk you through how our programs work
- Answer any questions you have
- Make sure you feel comfortable and confident before your first class
There’s no cost and no obligation — it’s simply about making sure you’re set up for success.
NEXT STEP - YOUR STARTER PASS
After your Meet & Greet, you’ll have the option to try our Starter Pass, which includes 3 classes for just $29.
This gives you the chance to:
- Train in any of our Foundations classes (our Absolute Beginners Program)
- Meet our coaches and community
- Feel our friendly vibe and welcoming atmosphere
